Answers to the stuff
people actually ask.

How fast can you actually launch a site? +

For most small business sites — 5 to 10 pages, standard features — we're usually ready for your first review within 48 to 72 hours of kickoff. More complex projects with eCommerce, custom integrations, or lots of content will take a bit longer, but we'll give you an honest timeline upfront, not a padded estimate.

What do you actually charge? +

Every project is different, so we don't use one-size-fits-all pricing. Most projects range from a few hundred dollars to several thousand depending on scope, features, and timelines. We'll always give you a clear quote upfront before any work begins.

Who owns the website when it's done? +

You do — fully and completely. Once a project is paid in full, all code, design files, and content belong to you. We don't hold your site hostage or lock you into proprietary platforms. You can host it anywhere, hand it off to another developer, or manage it yourself. No strings attached.

Can you help with domain and hosting setup? +

Yes. If you already have a domain and hosting, we'll work with what you've got. If you're starting from scratch, we'll walk you through picking a domain name, choosing a reliable hosting provider, and getting everything connected — DNS, SSL, the works. We don't upsell you on overpriced managed hosting; we help you find something that fits your budget and actually works. Want to check names right now? Search for your domain →

Do I need to provide anything to get started? +

Just the basics: your logo (if you have one), any photos you'd like to use, and a rough idea of what pages you need. We'll gather the rest on our discovery call. If you don't have brand assets yet, we can work around that or help you sort it out first.

Will my site work on mobile? +

Yes — that's non-negotiable on our end. Every site we ship is built mobile-first. We test across multiple screen sizes and real devices before anything goes live. Most of your visitors are on their phones; we treat that as the primary experience, not an afterthought.

What happens after the site launches? +

We don't disappear after launch. Minor edits and fixes are included for a period post-launch. For ongoing updates, content changes, or new features, we offer straightforward support — no retainer trap, just honest hourly or project-based work when you need it.

Do you work with businesses outside Buffalo? +

Absolutely. We're based in Buffalo but work with businesses across the US fully remote. Everything from the initial call to feedback rounds to launch happens online — no in-person meetings required, though we're always happy to do video calls.

Can you help if I already have a site but it's outdated? +

That's actually a big part of what we do. Rebuilds and redesigns are just as common as new builds for us. We'll audit what you have, tell you honestly what's worth keeping and what needs to go, and build you something that actually performs in 2026.
